The Little Things That Count plus more...

The plus more is that I finally think that I have this whole entire moving in thing under control and Colter goes to his barracks and finds more stuff to bring home...ya...he left this for me today as he had to hurry to work...but its okay...because it was the little things that counted today that made me forgiving of the ARMY GEAR in my front room...
Item one: Aur made me the cutest orange accented apron to bring here to Korea. And for those of you that dont know that Colter's favorite color is orange...Colters favorite color is Orange in all shades...so needless to say cooking in my new apron this morning scored major points....lol
Item Two: These are my new dishes that Colter bought me today. Yes I picked them out and no we did not just get them because they are Orange, or because they are abnoxious.... we got them for the red accents since Colter yesterday bought me RED pots and pans and then I decided that I was going to redo my kitchen table in a red table cloth so I wasnt these dishes, but in Colters grumpyness he did joke with me at the store today... After pointing out the nice pretty white ones...
Me: Honey I think I really just want these ones...can I have these ones...
Colter: Well of course honey you can have those ones...I mean they are the most colorful of them all....
Me: What?...huh...?
Colter: Honey...
Me: Yes?
Colter: Step back and look at them...which ones stand out...
Me: Oh well these ones do..but they are so cute and I think they will match perfectly...why?...do you not like them...
Colter: If you want these ones its your kitchen then get these ones....you get what you want..
Me: Okay I want these ones....
So I got those ones and brought them home and they are so cute and after Colter realized he would have a few minutes to breathe before going to work...he did say he liked them and they were nice....and I told him that it was only because they were mostly orange.... and he said uhh huh... figures...lol
Number Three: So I dont have a picture or pictures yet for this one, but Colter and I live about 15 minutes from base so every morning partly to save money but because its a nice walk, we walk to the base... but its such a nice walk that I enjoy and I think he enjoys it, but he did tell me that he would have to ban high heels on our walk if I couldnt stop tripping...I told him that was nonsense you cant ban high heels, and that with time it would get better, he gave me that look and I then had to explain that the streets in Korea were just like the streets in China and that I just had to readjust to random bumps and dips, and holes in the sidewalks...or no sidewalks at all...but I survived in China I was sure I could do fine in Korea. There was just too many things to look at to be watching the ground to make sure I was okay to walk....Lucky for me my lovable hubby does that for me...LOL
So all in all...I have decided that its the little things that happen everyday that make life with Colter so great!!!
